Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
AI Skill Pod (the "Service") is operated by Fluxenic Inc. (株式会社Fluxenic; "we" or "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email or on aiskillpod.com before they take effect; using the Service after that means you accept the update.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information, be at least 13 years old, and, if you are under 18, have a parent's or guardian's consent to use the Service or pay for it. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once at hello@aiskillpod.com if someone uses your account without permission. If you create a pod for an organization, you confirm you may act for it.
3. The Service
AI Skill Pod stores your team's AI skills in a shared pod and delivers them to the AI clients your members connect through an MCP link, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and OpenCode. Whether a client can connect depends on that client and the plan you have with its provider; we don't control those clients and aren't responsible for their availability or behavior.
4. Plans and payment
- Free: free, up to 3 members and 10 skills
- Team: $5 per seat per month, from 3 seats
- Business: $15 per seat per month, from 5 seats, with approvals for skill edits
Prices are in US dollars and carry no added tax or fee. Payments are made by card through Stripe. If your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the charge at its own rate and may add its own fee.
- Yearly billing: Team and Business can also be paid yearly, at 10 times the monthly price per seat, charged for the whole year in advance.
- Charge: a paid plan is charged through Stripe for its first month (or, on yearly billing, its first year) when the free trial ends, or at checkout if your team's trial has already ended, then each month (or each year) until you cancel. You can use the plan right after you pay.
- Free trial for new teams: a new team gets the Business plan's features free for 14 days, with no card. Afterwards the team stays on Free unless you buy a plan. Nothing is charged for the trial.
5. Refunds and early-bird price
- You get a full refund on request within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or at any time before you first use the paid plan. A monthly or yearly renewal doesn't start a new refund period. Ask at hello@aiskillpod.com from your account's email address or the one you paid with. We refund to the card you paid with.
- Early-bird price: the per-seat prices above are early-bird prices, available until 11 December 2026 23:59 UTC or to the first 50 teams to buy a paid plan, whichever comes first. A team buys a plan when it completes Stripe's checkout, during its free trial or after it. A team that buys at the early-bird price keeps that per-seat price for as long as its subscription to that plan continues without a break. A later price change doesn't apply to it; it does apply if it cancels and buys again, or moves to another plan. After the first 50 teams or the deadline, new purchases are at the list price shown on the pricing page.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing hello@aiskillpod.com from your account's email address or the one you paid with; we confirm by email. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again. Apart from the refund in section 5, we don't refund part of a period.
7. Your skills
You keep all rights to the skills and other content you put in the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, copy, and deliver that content only to provide the Service. Every member of a pod can use and read every skill in it, and their AI client's provider processes it under its own terms; share only what you are allowed to share. Our team may view your content only to run the Service, answer support requests, and prevent abuse.
8. Prohibited use
Don't use the Service to store or share illegal content, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights; to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other systems; to resell the Service without our permission; or to put an unreasonable load on it.
9. Intellectual property
The AI Skill Pod name, software, and site belong to Fluxenic Inc. These Terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service, not to use our name or logo.
10. Changes to the Service
We may change or discontinue features. We give at least 30 days' notice of a material change that harms your use, and if we shut the Service down, a reasonable period to export your skills.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for claims about the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or lost profits. This doesn't limit liability for our intent or gross negligence.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
