Do my teammates need Claude Team or ChatGPT Business?
No. Each person adds the pod to the AI they already use: Claude on any plan with custom connectors, and ChatGPT on Pro, Business, or Enterprise, or Plus where the plan allows custom connectors. The guides for Claude Pro and Max and ChatGPT Plus and Pro show the steps.
What is a skill?
Written instructions your AI follows for one kind of task, like writing the weekly client report the way your team does. You paste them in, or upload a SKILL.md file from Claude.
Can a contractor on a personal account join?
Yes. Send them the invite link; a personal email works. The contractor guide covers what they see and how to remove them.
What happens to our custom GPTs on 11 December?
OpenAI retires custom GPTs that day. Paste a GPT's instructions into the GPT to Skill converter, then add the skill to your pod so your team and clients keep using it.
What happens after the free 14 days?
Your team stays on Free: up to 3 members and 10 skills, at no cost. Buy Team or Business when you need more. Nothing is charged unless you buy.
