How the trial works
- Sign up with email; your team gets every Business feature free for 14 days.
- Before day 14 we email you; pick Team or Business, or stay on Free.
- Your card is charged only when you pick a plan, and never during the trial.

Refunds
- Full refund: on request at any time before you first use AI Skill Pod, or within 14 days of your first payment for a plan (a monthly renewal doesn't restart it). Write to hello@aiskillpod.com from the email you paid with.
- Cancel any time: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.

Questions
Do my teammates need Claude Team or ChatGPT Business?
No. Each person connects the AI they already use through the pod's MCP link: Claude on any plan with custom connectors; ChatGPT on Pro, Business, or Enterprise, and on Plus where the plan allows custom connectors. The guides for Claude Pro and Max and ChatGPT Plus and Pro show the steps.
Can a contractor use our skills?
Yes. Send them the invite link; a personal email works. The contractor guide covers what they see and how to remove them when the project ends.
Can I hide a skill's text from the members who use it?
No. AI Skill Pod doesn't hide a skill's text from the people who use it. Share a skill only with people you'd show the doc to. Every member of a pod can see every skill in it, so put skills some people shouldn't see in a separate pod. On Business, edits to a skill can require approval.
