AI Skill Pod (the "Service") is operated by Fluxenic Inc. (株式会社Fluxenic). This policy covers aiskillpod.com, its contact and GPT migration form, and the app at app.aiskillpod.com.

1. Information we collect

Contact and GPT migration form. Your email address, your team size, the AI tools your team uses, the plan you'd start on, whether you asked for a payment link, your consent to our emails, and the language of the page you sent it from. With the form we also record how you reached the page and the device you sent it from: the referring site (its host name, such as www.google.com, or the full address of the referring page if your browser sends it), the address of the page the form was on, the UTM parameters of the link you came from, your browser's user agent (its name, version, and operating system), and the country your connection came from, as Cloudflare determines it from your IP address. We don't store the IP address itself with your answers.

Account. Your name, email address, sign-in details, the pods you belong to, your role in each, and the invitations you sent or accepted. A pod's admins can also record details about you there: your job title, team or department, level, location, whether you're an employee or a contractor, and tags, and the groups you're in. They decide which skills reach you.

Skill contents. The skills you and your teammates create or upload: their names, descriptions, and text; the docs and chat text you paste or send to make a skill; and edit proposals and approvals. When you upload a .zip, we keep only its SKILL.md and ignore the other files in it.

Usage logs. Which member used which skill, when, and through which AI client; which skills you hide, add, or pin in My skills, and when; the MCP requests your AI clients send to the Service; and access logs (IP address, browser or client name, time, and the address requested).

Payments. Stripe collects your card details. From Stripe we receive and store the email address you paid with, the plan and number of seats you bought, your subscription's status, and Stripe's customer and subscription IDs, which we use to turn the plan on for your team (if no account uses that email yet, we keep them until you sign up with it). We also receive the payment's status, amount, date, and the last digits and brand of the card, never the full card number.

Plans and notices. Which plan button in the app started a checkout; the trial and account notices we send you, and when; and when a member asks the owner to choose a plan, in which case we email the owner on that member's behalf with the member's name or email address.

Emails. What you write to us, and our replies.

Visits to aiskillpod.com. For each page viewed and each click on a link to the app, without a cookie: the page's address and language, the page the visit landed on and, for a click, the app page the link goes to, the referring site's host name (such as www.google.com or chatgpt.com), the UTM parameters of the link you came from, which AI assistant sent you when the referrer or link names one, and the country your connection came from, as Cloudflare determines it from your IP address. We don't store your IP address or your browser's user agent with them, and they don't identify you. They are kept for 90 days. Your browser keeps the page you landed on and where you came from in its session storage for that tab only (deleted when you close it), so a link to the app can pass them on. We also count requests from AI crawlers and AI assistants (such as GPTBot or ChatGPT-User) by the name they send, the page, and the response.

Where you signed up from. When you sign up through a link from aiskillpod.com, we keep with your account and the pod you create: which link you used, the page you landed on, and the site or link source that sent you there (such as google.com or chatgpt.com).

2. How we use it

  • To run the Service: sign-in, delivering skills to the AI clients you connect, sharing them with the members you invite, and recording edits and approvals
  • To show pod owners who used which skill
  • To handle your requests (including GPT migrations), payments, and refunds
  • To write to you about the Service and your request; you can stop marketing emails at any time
  • To decide what to build first, from the answers and usage we collect
  • To provide support, keep the Service secure, and prevent fraud and abuse
  • To comply with the law

We don't sell your information, and we don't use your skill contents to train AI models.

3. Who can see your skills

A skill reaches the members its pod's admins share it with: everyone, employees only, or chosen groups and people. Those members can see, use, and read it. Admins can see every skill in the pod and, for each member, the details above, the groups they're in, which skills reach them, and which ones they hid or added. The company context an admin writes is sent to the AI clients of the members it's for. When a member uses a skill, their AI client receives its contents, and the provider of that client (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor, or the maker of OpenCode or Codex) processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. Our team may view skill contents only to provide and run the Service, answer your support requests, and prevent abuse.

4. Service providers

We share information with these providers only as needed to run the Service:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, network, and database and file storage, including the form answers, accounts, skills, and logs
  • Stripe: payments
  • Cloudflare (Cloudflare Email Service) or Resend: sending sign-in, invitation, request, and payment emails

5. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network and may be processed in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare has facilities. Stripe processes payment data in the United States. Resend, when it sends our email, processes your email address and the email's contents in the United States. The United States has no comprehensive federal law on the protection of personal information; individual states have their own laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We choose providers that protect personal data to a standard equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

6. How long we keep it

  • Form answers: until you create an account, or deleted within 1 year of your last form submission if you don't
  • Account data and skill contents: while your account or pod exists, plus 30 days after deletion
  • Usage records of who used which skill, and of the skills each member hid, added, or pinned: while the pod exists
  • Access logs: 90 days
  • Payment records: as long as the law requires

7. Security

We encrypt connections, limit which staff can access personal data, and log that access, to prevent leaks, loss, or damage.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to stop its use, or to withdraw consent. Write to hello@aiskillpod.com. We reply without undue delay and may ask you to confirm your identity.

9. Cookies

aiskillpod.com sets up to two cookies: asp_lang_auto, that we already matched the site to your browser's language on your first visit, for 1 year; and asp_lang, the language you pick in the site's language menu, for 1 year, which the app also reads. The app at app.aiskillpod.com sets these:

  • asp_session: keeps you signed in, for 30 days or until you sign out
  • asp_lang: the language you chose, for 1 year
  • asp_ws: the pod you last opened, for 1 year
  • asp_oauth_state: protects a Google sign-in from forgery, for 10 minutes
  • asp_src: which aiskillpod.com link and page brought you, until you sign up or for 7 days

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and they may not use it. If we learn that a user is under 13, we delete their account and the information we collected from them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email or on this site before they take effect.
