Questions
Do my teammates need Claude Team or ChatGPT Business?
No. Each person adds the pod to the AI they already use: Claude on any plan with custom connectors, and ChatGPT on Pro, Business, or Enterprise. OpenAI doesn't list ChatGPT Plus for custom MCP connectors. The guides for Claude Pro and Max and ChatGPT without Business show the steps.
Can a contractor on a personal account join?
Yes. Send them the invite link; a personal email works. The contractor guide covers what they see and how to remove them.
What happens after the free 14 days?
