How to share sales AI skills with the whole team

To give every rep the same battlecards, call prep and follow-up skills, share them where each rep's AI can read them. Inside one Claude Team or Enterprise organization, share the skills with the sales group or provision them for everyone; inside one ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, share them with people or groups. Reps outside that organization, such as a reseller's team or an outbound agency, or reps on personal plans, need another route: a skill pod, such as AI Skill Pod, that serves one copy to each person's own Claude or ChatGPT on Pro, Business or Enterprise (on Business and Enterprise, once an admin adds it), or the battlecards as a shared document. Battlecards change often, so whatever the route, keep one copy with one owner and a date checked.

Short answer

  • One organization: share the skills inside it.
  • Resellers, agencies, personal plans: a pod or a document.
  • One copy per card, with an owner and a date.
  • Update it the week a rival changes.

A worked example: 14 reps, three setups

Illustration: a made-up business. A software company sells to dental practices with eight reps on its own Claude Team plan, four reps at a reseller on the reseller's ChatGPT Business workspace, and two outbound contractors on their own Claude Pro accounts. Product marketing owns three battlecards and two skills, call prep and follow-up, and shares them like this:

  1. The eight on Claude Team: the skills, shared with the sales group.
  2. The two contractors: invited to a pod with the same skills, used from their own Claude Pro accounts.
  3. The reseller's four: invited to the pod too. The reseller's ChatGPT admin adds the pod's connection first; until that's done, they use the battlecards as a shared document.

When a rival cut its price in week three, product marketing updated the card in the team share and the pod the same afternoon and sent the reseller the new document, with one line on what changed. All fourteen reps were quoting the new price by the next morning.

Roll it out

  1. List each rep's plan and organization, and pick the route that reaches them.
  2. Give every battlecard one owner and a date checked.
  3. Keep customer data in each company's own accounts; share methods, not deals.
  4. Tell partners what changed, not just that something did.
  5. Check after a month which reps actually use the skills, and fix the route for the rest.

Questions

How do I share sales skills with my team?

Inside one Claude Team or Enterprise organization, share the skills with the sales group or provision them for everyone. Inside one ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, share them with people or groups. For reps outside that organization, such as a reseller or an outbound agency, or on personal plans, use a route that reaches them too: a skill pod, or the battlecards as a shared document.

Can a reseller's sales team use our battlecards in their AI?

Not through your own workspace's sharing, which stops at your organization. A skill pod can serve them one copy in their own Claude, or in ChatGPT on Pro, Business or Enterprise once their admin adds the pod; that is the pod's own description, so trial it first. Otherwise, share the battlecards as a document and update it on a schedule.

How do we keep shared battlecards current?

One owner per card, a date checked on each, every claim tagged with its source, and one copy that every route reads. When a rival changes its pricing or ships a feature, the owner updates the card that week. If the card lives in two places, such as a team share and a pod, update both the same day.

AI skill

Have your AI build a battlecard against one competitor

Put this skill in AI Skill Pod and everyone on your team gets it in their Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT (Pro, Business, Enterprise): one invite link, free to start. Competitor battlecard has your AI keep each battlecard honest enough to share: when you win and lose, the rival's real strengths and answers, landmine questions, claims not to make, an honest comparison, and every claim tagged with its source and the date it was checked.
