How to share the interview scorecard with every interviewer

An interview loop is only fair if every interviewer rates on the same scorecard, and interviewers rarely sit on the same AI plan. Inside one Claude Team or Enterprise organization, share the scorecard skill with the interviewers or publish it to the organization. Inside one ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, share it with people or groups. Those stop at the organization's edge, so a hiring manager in a sister company, an outside panelist or someone on a personal plan needs another route: a skill pod, such as AI Skill Pod, that serves one copy to each person's own Claude or ChatGPT (on ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, once an admin adds it), or the scorecard as a document. Whatever the route, the rules stay the same: rate alone, right after the interview, on the same anchors, with nothing that isn't job-related.

Short answer

  • One organization: share the skill inside it.
  • Across organizations or plans: a pod or a document.
  • Same scorecard, not the same tool.
  • Rate alone, right after the interview.

A worked example: eight interviewers

Illustration: a made-up business. A 40-person company hires a head of operations with eight interviewers: five on the company's Claude Team, two hiring managers at a sister company on ChatGPT Business, and one outside panelist on Claude Pro. The recruiter builds the scorecard with five competencies and a hire rule, then shares it:

  1. The five on Claude Team: the skill, shared with the hiring group.
  2. The panelist and the two at the sister company: invited to a pod with the same skill. The panelist uses it from their own Claude Pro account. The sister company is on ChatGPT Business, so its admin adds the pod's connection first; until that's done, the two rate from the scorecard as a shared document, or use the pod from a Claude account.
  3. Everyone: the rules in one paragraph at the top: rate alone, right after, on the anchors; evidence close to the candidate's words; "Not assessed" isn't a 1.

When a hiring manager spots an unclear anchor the day before the first interview, the recruiter fixes it in both places that day and then freezes the scorecard, so the debrief compares eight ratings on the same scale.

Roll it out

  1. Freeze the scorecard and the hire rule before the first interview.
  2. List each interviewer's plan and pick the route that reaches them.
  3. Keep one owner who changes the scorecard, in every place it lives.
  4. Collect ratings before the debrief; discuss the biggest disagreement first.
  5. Keep candidate data off personal accounts; notes go in the company's account or hiring system.

Questions

How do I share an interview scorecard with all the interviewers?

Put it where each interviewer's AI reads it. Inside one Claude Team or Enterprise organization, share the skill with the interviewers or the organization; inside one ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace, share it with people or groups. For interviewers outside that organization or on other plans, you need a way that reaches them too, such as a skill pod or the scorecard itself as a document.

Should every interviewer use the same AI tool?

No; they should use the same scorecard. The rule that matters is that everyone rates the same competencies on the same anchors, on their own, right after the interview. Which AI drafts their notes matters less.

What shouldn't an interviewer put into AI?

Anything not job-related, and candidates' personal data on a personal account. Notes go in the company's account or the hiring system, and the scorecard has no field for age, family, health, religion or nationality.

AI skill

Have your AI build the scorecard for your interviews

Put this skill in AI Skill Pod and everyone on your team gets it in their Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT (Pro, Business, Enterprise): one invite link, free to start. Structured interview scorecard has your AI build the scorecard every interviewer rates on: four to six competencies from the role, 1 to 4 anchors written as what an answer contains, evidence fields, independent-rating rules, a hire rule set in advance, and nothing that isn't job-related.
